In general, Turkish universities that accept without a degree are divided into public and private, and students can enroll in any of them to study medicine in Turkey, the main difference is the level of costs.
The USS test is intended for admission to public universities, and the SAT test is intended for admission to private universities, and the student must obtain a passing score. The YÖS test is conducted separately by the university. In this way, the applicant chooses the university where he wants to study medicine and then participates in this test.

Study without EOS
Most of these universities require a high cumulative GPA in the high school diploma, which ranges between 90% and 95%. Some universities may also require conducting their own admission tests, or conducting a personal interview with the student.
As for studying medicine in Turkey without a US diploma, it is possible in some public universities, but the acceptance rate is relatively low, as these universities prefer to accept students who hold a US diploma or SAT.
