The applicant must submit a certified copy of his or her senior secondary school certificate, intermediate certificate, or equivalent, proving that he or she has satisfactorily graduated from high school, and must arrange for other relevant certified documents, such as transcripts or detailed mark sheets, to be issued to EMU .

Financing bachelor’s scholarships in Türkiye

• This scholarship will cover tuition fees or 50% of the full fee value for accepted students for the duration of study in the undergraduate program. This is because the students’ academic qualification is the final determinant of the scholarship value.

Admission to the English Preparatory Year Program

Most newly admitted students who have just completed their secondary studies spend their first academic year at EMU in the English Preparatory Year programme. The main objective of this program is to develop proficiency in the use of the English language so that the student is adequately prepared for university-level studies conducted in the English medium. Another goal is to help the student adapt to the EMU environment and develop the self-discipline and study habits that will be essential for success in study programs at the university.

Admission directly to student level

Any student admitted to EMU who can demonstrate proficiency in English deemed sufficient for undergraduate studies may be allowed to enroll directly into freshmen classes without enrolling in the English Preparatory Year Program.
