Scholarship for Omani students in Qatar

The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation - represented by the General Directorate of Scholarships - announces the availability of full scholarships provided by the Qatar Foundation in the State of Qatar.

Note that these scholarships cover tuition fees, housing costs, and books, in addition to a monthly stipend. Applying for these scholarships requires the student to obtain initial acceptance from one of the Qatar Foundation’s Education City universities

• A copy of a valid passport.
• To be a graduate of a general education diploma or its equivalent for the academic year 2021/2022
• English language assessment certificate
• SAT or ACT science and math test scores
• A letter of recommendation from the school principal and teacher.
• To submit a Personal Statement essay on any topic of the student’s choice in the language
  English.
• Student CV.
• A copy of the student’s results for grades: tenth, eleventh, and the first semester of the second year
  Ten at the initial registration stage in English
• For a student applying to fine arts programs, bring a personal file of the student’s achievements

Notes about the Qatar Scholarship for Omanis:

• The student’s obtaining acceptance from the universities of this institution does not mean that he meets the conditions for the scholarship other than obtaining a seat through the Unified Admission Center.
• The student bears all expenses incurred during the registration process and travel to the State of Qatar to take the admission tests.
