Conditions for scholarship to the State of Kuwait

Kuwaiti male and female students are the ambassadors of their country at their study sites and the asset of their homeland and the focus of its pride. The Scholarship Plan is a program designed to select students and prepare them for study abroad.

One of the most important conditions for scholarship for Kuwaiti students is to have a high school diploma or its equivalent according to the requirements of the annual scholarship plan: This means that the applicant must have completed high school or its equivalent, such as a vocational diploma or GED. However, specific requirements may vary from year to year, and the applicant must meet the requirements specified in the annual scholarship plan.

Be a Kuwaiti citizen: This means that to be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant must be a Kuwaiti citizen. This is a basic and necessary requirement because the scholarship is funded by the Kuwaiti government, and as such, it is only available to Kuwaiti citizens.

The scholarship applicant must not be an employee, study permit, or envoy from another entity, and he must provide the ministry with a letter from the Civil Service Commission proving his lack of affiliation with any entity: This means that the applicant must not be employed by another organization or hold a study permit in another country. In addition, they must not be affiliated with any political party or organization, and must submit a letter from the Civil Service Commission confirming this. This is to ensure that the scholarship is awarded to deserving students who are committed to their education and are not involved in any political or partisan activities.
