The external scholarship program provided by the Foundation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques is a Saudi government program launched by King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz in 2005, and targets all male and female students, graduates from home and abroad who meet the conditions and controls.

What are the conditions for foreign scholarship?

General conditions for application and scholarship

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• The applicant must be of good conduct and conduct.

• The number of participating countries is 12 countries all over the world.
• Number of practical degrees students are allowed to register for: 3 academic degrees
• Specializations: 186 academic specializations only.
• The Imdad pathway targets Master's degrees, Bachelor's degrees, and Diploma degrees

Conditions for a supply route for foreign scholarships

• Acceptance for bachelor’s and master’s degrees must be from the best educational institutions
• The acceptance must be final and unconditional and the acceptance must be issued by the admission and registration office at the accredited university
• If the country is not English-speaking, admission can be conditional on studying the country's language, with scholarships available to study the language.
