Conditions for registration in the University of California scholarships for Kuwaiti students

  • A bachelor’s student must devote himself fully to studying, and it is not permissible to combine it with any scholarship or scholarship offered by another party
  • The graduate student must be approved to study by his employer to obtain the required academic degree
  • The student and his guardian must be present in person when applying for the bachelor’s degree and must sign a pledge of commitment before the official authorities to pay all personal obligations during the scholarship period.
  • To meet the conditions set by the host country/entity and the ministry
  • A student wishing to obtain a scholarship for the bachelor’s degree must obtain a letter from Social Insurance stating that he is not employed
  • The student must adhere to all decisions issued by the Ministry
  • The age of the scholarship applicant for the bachelor’s degree must not exceed 23 نة (twenty-third)
  • The student must apply to register for the scholarship within the period specified in the Ministry’s announcement.
  • The student is obligated to submit all required papers within a week from the date the student is informed of the nomination. If the papers are not submitted within the specified period, another student will be nominated.

  • Motivation letter.
  • At least two letters of recommendation.
