Islamic University of Medina scholarships for postgraduate studies

Register for the Islamic University of Medina’s scholarships for postgraduate studies for each of the following academic levels:

External scholarships:

They are external scholarship students who are sponsored by the university, and are exempt from tuition fees.

Residents are granted regular residency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in exchange for paying the full fees prescribed for the program.

Conditions for postgraduate studies in Medina scholarship

1. The applicant must be from the categories allowed to apply, which are: Saudis - regular residents - citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries - foreign scholarship students.
2. The applicant must have a degree from a Saudi university, or from a university recommended by the Ministry of Education.      
3. The applicant’s grade for the higher diploma must not be less than good, and the applicant’s grade for the master’s and doctoral degrees must not be less than very good
4. The age of the external scholarship applicant must not exceed 30 for the higher diploma and master’s levels, and 35 for the doctoral level.
5. The applicant for admission to postgraduate studies must not exhibit behavior that prevents his admission.   
6. To be medically fit.   
7. The applicant must pass the undergraduate aptitude test with a score of no less than 60-100
8. Pay the application fee of (300) riyals, non-refundable.
9. The documents required for submission are completed and matched on the specified date via the electronic portal.       

Registration with Islamic University scholarships

Warning: The external scholarship student who is sponsored by the university applies for admission through the graduate studies admission portal, provided that he is one of those who are expected to graduate before the start of study in the semester in which he is applying to study.

As for external scholarship students residing outside the Kingdom, they must apply through the My Grant portal only, and are subject to their own differentiation procedures.

• All programs are offered at the university’s main headquarters in Medina.
• The university has no offices or agents anywhere in the world to receive applications to study at the university.
• Applications for admission are received only through the electronic admission portal designated for this purpose and available at the time of application.
• The student must initiate the application process himself, and bears responsibility for maintaining his confidential data.
• The student must review the results of his application periodically through the admission portal and the student’s email
• The student undertakes that all the information he entered in the admission application is correct, and that all his identification papers and certificates are free from distortion or forgery. If it is proven otherwise, his admission will be cancelled, or his enrollment will be canceled after he continues his studies, and the student will be subject to legal punishment.
• The student pledges to abide by the regulations of the state and the university, which include not allowing the external scholarship student to remain inside the Kingdom upon graduation, dropping out of school, postponing for more than one semester, or canceling his enrollment, and that he is not entitled to transfer sponsorship to another university, and is committed to traveling to his country, In the event of a violation, the university has the right to take legal action against it.

Eligible Nationalities
