The Youth Forum is a pioneer in hosting youth gatherings, conferences and events in various countries. HISA has successfully hosted and organized many events globally.
The Strategic Alliance Institute is pleased to offer 10 fully-funded seats and 20 partially-funded seats for the HISA Impact Trip 2024. Successful delegates will receive this significant grant to travel and learn from the Strategic Alliance Institute virtually.

Application process for the Youth Forum

The Strategic Alliance Institute has a simple and easy process for submitting any applications to attend their conferences. Applying for the fully funded Youth Forum Conference is very easy in real time.
Any aspiring applicant can submit their application on the official website of the Youth Forum in Europe. You can also attach your CV/profile to enhance the strength of your application. After the deadline, an independent panel of experts will carefully review your application based on what you have submitted and the documents you have attached while submitting your application. If the committee wants to put your application through secondary screening, you may be invited for an interview.

The HISA Impact Trip will take place from September 27th to October 1st. Across five days of heavenly seas and cultural wonders, our schedule weaves together an array of workshops, discussions, and cultural experiences, igniting sparks of inspiration in the hearts of global change-makers. What will the Youth Forum Europe Scholarship cover?

The HISA Impact Cruise 2024 Scholarship is a golden opportunity for ambitious young people to achieve social change and learn from rich and diverse experiences. The scholarship covers multiple aspects to ensure that participants fully benefit from the educational and entertaining trip. Coverage includes:
1. flight costs
The scholarship includes round-trip airfare from the participant's country of residence to the starting point of the trip, which eases the financial burden on participants and allows them to focus on making the most of the experience.
2. Residence
The scholarship provides luxury accommodation on board for the duration of the cruise. Participants will enjoy comfortable rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
3. Meals
The grant includes all daily meals, as various foods will be served to suit all tastes and dietary needs. Participants will have the opportunity to try delicious local and international dishes that reflect the cultural diversity of the regions the trip visits.
4. Workshops and educational activities
The scholarship covers all costs of participating in the workshops, live discussions, and educational activities that will take place on board the ship and in the three stops: Italy, Spain, and France. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experts in multiple fields and develop their skills and knowledge.
5. Cultural experiences and tours
The scholarship includes entry costs to tourist attractions and cultural tours scheduled in Italy, Spain, and France. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the cultural and historical heritage of these countries and gain a deeper understanding of their traditions and customs.
6. health insurance
The scholarship includes health insurance coverage for the duration of the trip, ensuring that participants receive the necessary medical care in the event of any health emergency.
7. Partial financial support
In addition to the fully funded seats, the scholarship also provides partial financial support to a number of participants, covering part of the costs and facilitating their joining the trip.
