- Participants can apply for the full-time as well as part-time programme. But there are some requirements for both.
- Full-time: Students must register for 3-4 courses each semester (9-12 credit hours or equivalent).
- Part-time: Students must register for two courses each semester (6 credit hours or equivalent).

Registration for a medical scholarship at Khalifa University
Select the program you wish to apply for, enter your nationality and click “Continue”. The relevant application form will be displayed based on this information.
Each section of the application contains mandatory fields that must be completed before submitting the application.
In the “Add a provision” section, please provide at least two provisions. We recommend listing up to five potential referees to ensure you receive at least two responses. When an application is submitted, an automated email will be sent to each referee with access to an online reference form. Please note that the university does not accept letters of recommendation in paper form or via email.
In the “Attachments” section, please upload all mandatory documents. All documents submitted as part of the application process are the property of Khalifa University of Science and Technology and will not be returned to the candidate, regardless of the outcome of the application.
In the “Acceptance Agreement” section, please read the terms and conditions carefully before ticking to confirm your agreement. Applications will not be considered until the terms and conditions are accepted.

- The Admissions Office will not accept any documents in hard copy. Documents must be scanned and uploaded with your online application, according to the following guidelines:
- Documents must be in PDF format and the file size should not exceed 4MB
- Images must be in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 2MB
- A copy of the MCAT score is a mandatory document in the “Attachments” section. Applicants can scan and upload a copy of their MCAT score report.
