Fully funded scholarships for Egyptians in Britain
GREAT Scholarships offers eight scholarships for Egyptians in Britain from UK universities, across a variety of subjects to students from Egypt.
Each scholarship is worth a minimum of £10000 towards tuition fees for a one-year postgraduate course.
Each scholarship is jointly funded by the UK Government's GREAT Britain campaign and the British Council with participating UK higher education institutions.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must:
- Be an Egyptian citizen.
- Have an undergraduate degree that will enable you to enter a postgraduate program at a UK university
- Be motivated and academically capable of pursuing a postgraduate course in the UK
- Active in the field with work experience or demonstrated interest in the subject area
- Fulfill the English language requirements of a UK university
Be willing to embody the UK higher education experience, by attending lectures and tutorials, participating in extra-curricular activities, and acting as a UK higher education ambassador, by promoting the value of studying at a UK higher education institution.
- Be willing to establish a relationship with the UK as a scholar, through personal and academic achievement
- Represent the high standards of the GREAT brand by becoming an advocate for scholarship
- Be prepared to attend a networking event for all UK-based GREAT Scholars, to discuss experiences and learn about perceptions of studying in the UK.

- The deadline to apply for a GREAT scholarship varies according to each institution. For details on deadlines for individual institutions, please see the institution's page.
- Successful scholars will be informed by the individual universities of the outcome of their applications.
- Scholarship funding will be issued to successful scholars by individual universities after registration.
