Conditions for the Agricultural University Scholarship in China

To obtain the China Agriculture University Scholarship, applicants must fulfill a set of conditions and requirements. These conditions ensure that candidates are eligible for academic and living support at one of the leading universities in China.

Nationality

Scholarship applicants must be non-Chinese citizens. This scholarship is intended for international students only, to promote cultural and scientific exchange between China and other countries.

Physical condition

Applicants must be in good physical condition. Any student suffering from diseases that prevent him from entering China according to Chinese laws and regulations, such as mental disorders, leprosy, AIDS, venereal diseases, tuberculosis, or any other infectious diseases, will be rejected.

Academic qualifications

Master's degree

For master's degree applicants, they must have a bachelor's degree and be no more than 35 years old.

PHD degree

For PhD applicants, they must have a Master's degree and be no more than 40 years old.

Academic performance

Send acceptance notice

The university will send the China Study Visa and Admission Notification Form to the relevant students or relevant universities by August 15. This allows students to prepare and arrange to arrive in China on time.

Student costs

An international student who proves his pregnancy will not be registered, and the student will bear the costs of international travel expenses himself. Students should be aware of these policies before applying.

Regulatory procedures

Detecting fraudulent work

If any act of fraud or concealment of information is detected in the application procedure, the application will be immediately rejected and the scholarship qualifications will be refunded. A report of cheating shall be submitted to the China Scholarship Council and the Ministry of Education as a permanent record.

Admitted students must participate in the annual Chinese government scholarship status review.
