The Ansfield Wolfe Writers Foundation offers a writing competition for outstanding works that contribute to our understanding of racism and our appreciation of cultural diversity:

Prizes are awarded in the fields of fiction, poetry and non-fiction.

After receiving these submissions, the books will be sent to the jury and all submitted materials will become the property of the Anisfield-Wolf Book Awards and will not be returned again. No electronic submissions of any kind will be accepted by the author.

Conditions for the Ansfield Wolff Foundation Awards

  • Books must be in English, published, and copyrighted.
  • No e-books of any kind of author's work are accepted.
  • Awards are presented in the fields of fiction, poetry and non-fiction.
  • All materials submitted become the property of the Ansfield Wolfe Foundation Book Awards and will not be returned to their respective owners.
  • There is no confirmation of receipt of your order.

The following are not eligible for consideration for the Ansfield Awards

  • Writing about games.
  • Writing scenarios.
  • Books that the author has not finished writing yet.
  • Writing manuscripts.
  • Books published electronically or electronically.
  • Awardees receive $10000 in Anisfield-Wolf funding.
  • Winners are required to participate in media events and publicity opportunities in conjunction with the award.
