Conditions for the Max Delbrück Scholarship

  • You have a university degree in biology, biotechnology, medicine, molecular medicine, chemistry, computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  • Your average is either at or above 75%.
  • Graduates who have completed their studies must upload a scanned copy of the certificate with the application package along with a transcript of the same including the highlighted coursework from the university.
  • Students who are still enrolled in the undergraduate program must upload a provisional certificate showing the examination marks already obtained.
  • Applicants must at the time of interview be in the first four years of their research career and not yet awarded a PhD, according to the European Commission's definition of early-stage researchers.
