The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (ASTAR), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) and Singapore Management University (SMU).
Your doctoral training will be conducted in English in your chosen laboratory at the research institutes of the participating universities. Students will be supervised by distinguished, world-renowned researchers in these laboratories. Upon successful completion, students will be awarded a doctoral degree.

Free scholarship in Singapore
- The award provides financial support for up to 4 years of doctoral studies
- Full support for tuition fees expenses – S$2000 per month (S$24000 per year),
