في حال لم تطلب منك الجامعة تقديم طلب قبول للحصول على المنحة, سيرسلون لك بالحاله هذه طلب يجب أن تقوم بتعبئته لكي تعطيه للسفارة في الخطوات التالية..
يجب عليك الآن الاتصال بالسفارة الكورية بلدك أو في أقرب بلد عليك في حال لم يوجد سفارة لديك.
اطلب من السفارة موعد للذهاب والتقديم للمنحة.
يجب عليك احضار جميع المستندات المتعلقة بطلب المنحة إلى السفارة الكورية في الموعد.
ستقوم السفارة الكورية بعدها بارسال المستندات وطلبك الى وزارة التعليم العالي الكورية.
ستقوم وزارة التعليم العالي الكورية بتقييم طلبك و إخطار السفارة الكورية بالقرار النهائي.
